Job Summary:

We work with clients nationwide to deliver innovative marketing solutions. Job Duties:

• Collaborate with your manager to create and manage social media content aligned with brand strategy
• Assist with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret data metrics, providing insights and recommendations
• Conduct market research and contribute to data reporting
• Brainstorm creative marketing strategies with the team
• Engage with social media followers and respond to inquiries
• Perform ad-hoc tasks such as photo and poster edits as needed

Requirements:

• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, RED, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Basic knowledge of data visualization, analytics, and reporting
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media marketing (preferred)
• Basic photo and video editing skills (preferred)
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities (preferred)

Job Type:

• Monday to Friday
  • Internship: 20-40 hours/week, 3-month term with potential for full-time offer
  • Full-time: 40 hours/week
• Hybrid role: 2 days a week in our Rockville, MD office
